About This Game

Bambaram (பம்பரம்) is the cherished traditional Tamil wooden spinning top game. Wrap the jute cord (சாட்டை) tightly around the crowned wooden top, set your throwing angle, and snap your wrist to unleash high-RPM spin into the chalk ring (வட்டம்). Master advanced Sangam techniques including Aani Kuthu (nail strike), palm scooping while spinning, and Vettu (knocking opponent tops out of the ring).
